Kohlrabi schälen , raspeln. Miracel Whip hinzufügen , mit Salz, Pfeffer , Tabasco würzen. Bis zum Verzehr eine St,e im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen.

Ich stehe drauf. Schmeckt besonders gut zu Gegrilltem.
